3.1. Eligibility and age rating

Every game GHTech publishes carries an age rating (12+, 16+ or 18+) under Article 38 of Decree 147/2024/ND-CP. The rating is shown on the start screen, the game information page and in related advertising.

• Players under 16: a parent or legal guardian must register the account using their own details and is responsible for supervising play time and content.
• We may refuse service, suspend or close an Account if a Player does not meet the age requirement or has given false information.

3.2. Registration and verification

Under Decree 147/2024/ND-CP, when creating an Account you must provide complete, accurate and current:

• Full name exactly as on your identity document;
• Citizen ID number (12 digits);
• Date of birth;
• A Vietnamese mobile number verified as yours. The Account is activated only after the OTP sent to that number is verified.

3.3. Naming rules

Players may not use the following for account, character or guild names:

• Names of historical figures, Party or State leaders, or State agencies and organisations;
• Names that are reactionary, obscene, violent, or that offend religion, belief, cultural tradition or Vietnamese public decency;
• Names that attack, insult or defame the honour or dignity of any organisation or individual;
• Names likely to be confused with the Publisher, administrators or GHTech staff.

3.4. Account password

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account details: use a strong password, do not reuse it elsewhere, and enable any additional protection we offer.

Any loss arising from you disclosing, sharing, lending or renting out your account or password is your own responsibility. If you find your Account has been accessed without authorisation, tell us immediately through an official support channel.

3.5. Prohibited conduct

Players must not:

• Buy, sell, exchange or transfer for value any virtual item, virtual unit (GCent) or reward points between players, whether inside or outside the game (via social media, groups, third-party marketplaces and so on);
• Convert virtual items, virtual units or reward points into cash, payment cards, vouchers or anything else of redeemable value;
• Use interference or automation software (auto, bot, hack, cheat), or exploit game defects or system vulnerabilities for gain;
• Attack, scan, overload or otherwise interfere with the Publisher’s servers without authorisation;
• Pay using an instrument you do not lawfully own, or use the Service for money laundering or any unlawful activity;
• Impersonate the Publisher, administrators or support staff in order to defraud other players;
• Distribute content that breaches the law or public decency, advertise without permission, or harass other players in chat.

3.6. Play-time limits for players under 18

Under Decree 147/2024/ND-CP, players under 18 may not play a single game for more than 60 consecutive minutes, and no more than 180 minutes per day in total across all games from the same publisher.

GHTech records play time automatically from the declared date of birth and shows a reminder as the limit approaches. The limit is enforced server-side, independent of the device used.

3.7. Signing in with a social account

If you sign in using a third-party social account, you are also bound by that provider’s terms. We receive only the basic information needed to create and link your Account.

You must still complete phone verification and provide the identity details in section 3.2 before the Account is fully activated.

5.1. Changes to game content

We may update, add to or adjust game content within the approved script in order to balance play and improve the experience. Significant changes are announced in advance on the news page.

5.2. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms. Updates are published on this page with an effective date, and are announced at least 7 days in advance where they materially affect player rights.

Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.

5.3. Service interruption

The Service may be interrupted by scheduled maintenance, upgrades, technical faults, infrastructure-provider incidents, or force majeure.

Planned maintenance is announced in advance. In an emergency we announce it as soon as we can and work to restore service quickly.

5.4. Access bans

We may suspend or terminate access for Accounts that breach section 3.5, affect the system, or affect other players, without prior notice.

5.5. In-game transactions

Purchases of virtual items with GCent are transactions between the Player and the Publisher, recorded in the Account’s transaction history.

We do not recognise or protect account or item trades between players outside our systems. Any risk from such trades is the Player’s own.

5.6. Ending your use of the Service

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via the Account page or the Support Centre.

When an Account is deleted or permanently closed for a breach, any remaining GCent balance and virtual items are not refunded or transferable.

5.7. Third-party information

The Service may display information, advertising or content supplied by third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy of that content.

5.8. External links

The website and games may contain links to third-party websites. Following those links is outside our control and is governed by those sites’ terms.

5.9. Intellectual property

All source code, images, audio, scripts, trademarks and other intellectual property in the Service belong to the Publisher or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify or create derivative works from the Service without the owner’s written consent.

5.10. Protection of user information

We process personal data under the Privacy Policy published on this site and under the Personal Data Protection Law 91/2025/QH15.

Passwords are one-way hashed; sensitive fields such as citizen ID numbers are encrypted at rest and never displayed in full.

5.11. Your own security responsibilities

You are responsible for using a secure device, not installing software from unknown sources, not accessing the Service through unfamiliar links, and signing out on shared devices.

5.12. Limitation of liability

We are liable to the extent required by Vietnamese law. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss caused by the Player, or loss caused by force majeure.

5.13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law.

Disputes are first addressed by negotiation through the Support Centre. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the matter goes to a competent court in Vietnam.

5.14. Right to request deletion of personal data

You may request deletion of your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law. Requests are made via the Account page or Support Centre and handled within 30 days.

Financial transaction records are retained under accounting and tax obligations, even after an Account is deleted.

6.1. Service provided as is

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will run continuously, without fault, or be compatible with every device configuration.

6.2. Cases in which we are not liable

• Loss caused by the Player disclosing their account, password or OTP;
• Loss from the Player dealing with third parties outside official systems;
• Faults in the Player’s connection, device or mobile network;
• Force majeure: natural disaster, fire, epidemic, war, or a decision of a State authority;
• Loss caused by the Player using interference software or breaching these Terms.

6.3. Discontinuing a game

If a game is discontinued we give at least 90 days notice on the game’s home page and the news page, and publish how player entitlements will be protected as required by law.

6.4. Cap on liability

In all cases our total liability to a Player does not exceed the total amount that Player validly paid us in the 6 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

6.5. Limits of these disclaimers

These disclaimers do not apply where Vietnamese law does not permit them, or where loss arises from our wilful misconduct.

6.6. Advice on using the Service

Gaming is entertainment. Please manage your time sensibly, take a break every 60 minutes, and consider your own finances before topping up.
