Payment Guide

Updated 09/01/2026

This is a placeholder draft used to build the interface. The binding legal text must be written and approved by your legal team before top-ups go live.

I. SUPPORTED PAYMENT METHODS

This English text is provided for convenience. The Vietnamese version is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Vietnamese text prevails.

GHTech currently supports the following methods on the Top-up page:

VNPAY-QR: scan with a banking app or e-wallet that supports VNPAY-QR;
Domestic ATM cards and bank accounts with Internet Banking enabled;
International Visa, Mastercard and JCB cards;
MoMo e-wallet;
Bank transfer via VietQR with automatic reconciliation.

II. STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Step 1: Go to the official GHTech website

Sign in to your GHTech Account, then open Top-up in the navigation bar. If you do not have an account yet, complete registration and phone verification first.

Only top up on the official domain published in the footer. Never use links received from messages, groups or strangers.

Step 2: Choose a method, an amount and a destination

Choose a gateway: VNPAY, MoMo or VietQR;
Enter an amount, or tap one of the quick amounts;
Choose the destination: your GCent wallet for use across all games, or a specific game server;
If topping up directly into a game: select the game, the server cluster and enter your character name;
Check the GCent you will receive in the summary panel, tick the terms box, then press Confirm.

1. Paying by QR (VNPAY-QR)

Open a banking app or e-wallet that supports VNPAY-QR;
Choose the QR scan function and scan the code on screen;
Check the amount and reference, then confirm payment in the app.

2. Paying by domestic ATM card or bank account

Choose your issuing bank on the VNPAY page;
Enter your card or Internet Banking details as the bank requires;
Enter the OTP the bank sends you to complete the transaction.

3. Paying by international card

Choose Visa, Mastercard or JCB;
Enter the card number, expiry date, CVV and cardholder name;
Complete 3D-Secure verification as required by the issuing bank.

4. Paying with the MoMo wallet

Choose MoMo and press Confirm;
Scan the QR code with the MoMo app, or tap to open the app on mobile;
Confirm the transaction inside the MoMo app.

5. Bank transfer (VietQR)

The system generates a QR code and a transfer reference unique to your order;
Transfer using the EXACT reference generated — a wrong reference requires manual handling and takes longer;
Do not add, remove or change any character in the transfer reference.

III. AFTER A SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT

Once the gateway confirms payment, GCent is credited automatically. This normally completes in under 2 minutes.

Topping up to your wallet: the GCent balance updates immediately — see My wallet;
Topping up into a game: GCent goes to the server and character you selected;
Every transaction appears on the Top-up history page with its order code, status and time;
An electronic invoice, if requested, is sent to your registered email.

IV. SUPPORT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

If more than 15 minutes have passed since a successful payment and no GCent has arrived:

Check the Top-up history page for the order status;
Have the order code and a screenshot of the bank or wallet receipt ready;
Send a request through the Support Centre with that information, or call the hotline during working hours.

Handling times

Routine issues: a response within 24 working hours;
Cases needing gateway reconciliation: up to 7 working days;
Complaints are accepted within 30 days of the transaction date.

GHTech staff will NEVER ask for your password or OTP. Any such request is a scam — please report it to us.
